摘要 文章以浙江工业大学食品科学与工程学院为例,分析了新冠肺炎疫情防控期间本科专业课在线教学的现状,梳理了教学过程中存在的问题,反思现有问题并提出了下一步的工作重点和教学策略,为线上线下混合式教学提供可借鉴的经验和参考,以提升本科教学效果和人才培养质量。 This paper analyzes the current situation,problems and reflection of undergraduate specialized courses online teaching in the period of prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic,taking the College of Food science and Technology of Zhejiang University of Technology as an example.It reflected on the existing problems and put forward the next work focus and teaching strategies.It can provide experience and reference for online and offline mixed teaching,and it can also improve the effect of undergraduate teaching and the quality of personnel training.
