摘要 “食品标准与法规”是研究与食品的生产、加工、贮运和销售等全过程质量安全相关的法律法规、标准及合格评定程序的一门综合性管理学科,涉及食品与农畜产品生产和流通的全过程,即“从农田到餐桌”,是一门时效性、政策性很强的课程。传统教学的教学内容比较枯燥,方式单一,且课程缺乏实践,多停留在书本层面。将案例教学、PBL教学、实践性教学、网络化教学融合起来形成多元化教学模式,优化了教学目标,提高了教学效果,培养了学生灵活运用的能力。 Food Standards and Regulations is a comprehensive management discipline that studies laws,regulations,standards and conformity assessment procedures related to the quality and safety of the whole process of food production,processing,storage,transportation and sales.This course involves the whole process of production and circulation of food and agricultural and livestock products,that is,"from farmland to dining table",which is a time-effective and policy oriented course.The content of traditional teaching is boring,the way is single,and the course is lack of practice,mostly staying at the level of books.If we integrate case-based teaching,PBL(problem-based learning)teaching,practical teaching and network teaching to form a diversified teaching mode,this will optimize the teaching objectives,improve the teaching effect and cultivate the students ability of flexible application.
