摘要
国际法学教材体系是顺应国际社会和国际法的发展而动态变化的体系,其以调整国家间关系为核心的研究对象应得以遵循,以一般法律体系的构成部分为事实的原则应得以坚持。总论和分论的划分,以及实体法和程序法的划分是重构中国国际法学教材体系的最佳路径。
The international law textbook system is a system that changes dynamically in accordance with the development of the international community and international law.However,its research object centered on the adjustment of relations between countries should be followed,and its principle of taking the components of the general legal system as facts should be upheld.The division of general and sub-discipline,and the division of substantive law and procedural law are the best ways to reconstruct China's international law textbook system.
