摘要
为了解高速铁路基础设施检监测制度发展现状,梳理了日本、欧洲、美国、中国的铁路桥隧检监测制度及劣化评定标准,从检监测类别、周期、人员、技术要求、状态评定等方面对比分析。结果表明:中国高速铁路桥隧实际检查无法覆盖制度规定的全部指标,检测周期与检测类别不匹配,人员要求及作业流程未规范化,重点桥隧结构尚未建立统一监测制度,劣化状态评定未考虑综合因素影响,未开展病害或缺陷成因分析及发展预测。结合中国高速铁路运营特点、桥隧规模、状态发展规律提出桥隧检监测制度优化建议,构建了高速铁路检监测制度体系框架,提出了基于全寿命周期理念的高速铁路桥隧检监测制度。
In order to understand the development status of inspection monitoring system of high speed railway infrastructure,this paper studied the inspection monitoring system and deterioration evaluation standards of railway bridges and tunnels in Japan,Europe,the United States and China,and made a comparative analysis from the aspects of inspection monitoring category,cycle,personnel,technical requirements and condition evaluation.The results show that the actual inspection of high speed railway bridges and tunnels in China cannot cover the indicators specified by the system,the inspection cycle does not match the inspection category,the personnel requirements and operation process are not standardized,and the unified monitoring system has not been established for key bridge and tunnel structures.The influence of comprehensive factors has not been considered in the evaluation of deterioration state,and the cause analysis and development prediction of diseases or defects have not been carried out.Combined with the operation characteristics,bridge and tunnel scale and state development law of high speed railway in China,this paper put forward the optimization suggestions of bridge and tunnel inspection monitoring system,constructed the system framework of high speed railway inspection monitoring system,and presented the bridge and tunnel inspection monitoring system of high speed railway based on the concept of life cycle.
