车辆载卸货智能防漏检监测报警系统设计

Design of Intelligent Anti-leakage Monitoring and Alarm System for the Loading and Unloading Vehicles

废石仓车辆载卸货具有环境复杂、特殊业务形态多等特点,在传统人工控制转向自动化、智能化控制时,系统的安全可靠性成为载卸货业务正常运行的关键。为防止发生偷车、跑车等非法业务,规范业务流程,对非正常操作与故障进行报警记录,运用物联网、PLC及数据库技术,设计并实现了一套符合业务系统正常运行的智能防漏检监测报警系统,为废石仓车辆载卸货的智能化监控提供了技术支持。

The loading and unloading vehicles of waste rocks have the characteristics of complex environment and many special business forms.When the traditional manual control turns to automation and intelligent mode,the safety and reliability of the unmanned automatic delivery system determines the key to the normal operation of the vehicle loading and unloading.In order to prevent the occurrence of illegal businesses such as minerals stealing and running away,technological support,such as standardization of business processes,alarm records of abnormal operations and faults,and the application of the Internet of Things,PLC and database technology,are adopted to design and implement a set of intelligent defenses that conform to the normal operation of business systems.The intelligent leak detection monitoring and alarm system provides technical support for warning monitoring system of the loading and unloading of waste rock vehicles.
