摘要 职业生涯教育教师队伍建设,直接关系着职业生涯教育的实施效果,也影响着地方新建本科院校的转型发展。以金陵科技学院为例,分析新时代应用型本科高校职业生涯教育对于教师队伍建设的迫切需求,提出从加强顶层设计、优化完善培训体系、立足应用转型三个方面加强职业生涯教育教师队伍建设。 The construction of teacher staff in professional career education is directly related to the implement effect of professional career education,and also affects the transformation and development of local newly-built undergraduate colleges.Taking Jinling Institute of Technology as an example,the article analyzed the urgent need for the construction of teacher staff in the professional career education of application-oriented undergraduate colleges in the new era,and proposed to strengthen the construction of teacher staff from three aspects:strengthening top-level design,perfecting training and cultivation and basing on transformation.
