疼痛管理在缓和医患关系中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Pain Management in Easing Doctor-Patient Relationship

医患关系属于卫生体系的子系统,属于服务系统的范畴,是卫生体系的重要组成部分。目前医患关系现状不容乐观,缓和医患关系、提升临床医疗服务满意度需要寻找新的突破口以获得实质性进展。人文医学的进步,推动临床工作者加强了对患者疼痛等主观感受的重视。良好的疼痛管理能促进患者配合治疗,降低并发症,提升满意度。通过梳理现阶段影响医患关系的重要因素、医患关系问题焦点的转变,分析疼痛管理在缓和医患关系中发挥的作用及其体现出的伦理学原则,得出规范的疼痛管理,在促进患者康复的同时也会明显提升患者就医体验和满意度,进而改善医患关系。

The doctor-patient relationship belongs to a subsystem of the health system,namely the service system,and is an important part of the health system.The current situation of doctor-patient relationship is still not optimistic.To ease the doctor-patient relationship and improve the satisfaction of clinical medical service,we need to find a new breakthrough to achieve substantial progress.The progress of humanistic medicine has promoted clinical workers to pay more attention to the subjective feelings of patients such as pain.Good pain management can promote patients to cooperate with treatment,reduce complications,and improve satisfaction.By combing the important factors influencing the doctor-patient relationship and the change of the focus of the doctor-patient relationship,this paper analyzes the role of pain management in easing the doctor-patient relationship and the ethical principles embodied.It is concluded that standardized pain management can not only promote the rehabilitation of patients,but also significantly improve the medical experience and satisfaction of patients,so as to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
