疫情防控常态化下甲状腺癌的诊治策略思考

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)对全世界人民的生命健康带来巨大威胁,同时也对肿瘤患者的治疗造成不良影响。甲状腺癌作为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其诊治思路与策略也随疫情的变化而转变。本文中旨在探讨COVID-19疫情期间、疫情缓解期以及疫情防控常态化时代甲状腺癌的诊治及院内、院外管理等问题;并在做好COVID-19疫情防控常态化基础上,制定对甲状腺癌科学的临床诊治策略及对未来工作方向的思考。

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)poses a massive threat to the lives and health of people all over the world,and it also affects the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients.Thyroid carcinoma is one of the common malignant tumors,and its diagnosis and treatment ideas and strategies have also changed with the changes in the epidemic.This article aims to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid carcinoma,in-hospital and out-of-hospital management during the COVID-19 epidemic,the remission period,and the era of regular epidemic prevention and control.Based on the foundation of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,the author thought and summarized the clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies and future work directions of thyroid carcinoma science.
