轨道车辆焊缝缺陷远场涡流检测系统设计及试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 轨道车辆工作环境恶劣,车体焊缝区域易出现缺陷,对车体焊缝开展无损检测工作,可有效保障行车安全。该文设计并研制轨道车辆焊缝缺陷远场涡流检测系统,该系统包括激励模块、信号调理模块、信号采集模块组成的硬件电路和基于LabVIEW编制的上位机软件;基于该系统开展轨道车辆铝合金焊缝、不锈钢焊缝远场涡流检测试验研究,研究结果表明:焊缝余高的存在对远场涡流检测结果有一定的干扰,基于研制的远场涡流检测系统实现铝合金焊缝埋深3 mm、尺寸为10 mm×1 mm×1 mm裂纹,不锈钢焊缝埋深5 mm、尺寸为20 mm×1 mm×2 mm裂纹的检测,得到铝合金及不锈钢焊缝的最佳检测频率。 The working environment of the rail vehicle is bad, the weld seam area of the car body is prone to defects, and the non-destructive testing of the weld seam of the car body can effectively ensure the safety of driving. In this paper, the far field eddy current detection system for rail vehicle weld defects is designed and developed. The system includes the excitation circuit, signal conditioning module, signal acquisition module hardware circuit and PC software based on LabVIEW. Based on the system, the rail vehicle aluminum is developed. The far field eddy current test of alloy weld and stainless steel weld is tested. The results show that the existence of weld residual height has some interference to the far field eddy current test results. Based on the developed far field eddy current detection system, the aluminum alloy weld is buried. The depth is 3 mm,the size is 10 mm×1 mm×1 mm crack, the stainless steel weld depth is 5 mm, the size is 20 mm×1 mm×2 mm crack detection, and the best detection frequency of aluminum alloy and stainless steel weld is obtained.
