高速逆流色谱仪行星架材料选择与性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 行星架是高速逆流色谱仪的重要组成部分,选择合适的材料,对行星架的强度以及整个行星系统的稳定运转十分重要。从行星架的强度、刚度以及高速运行环境考虑,进行5083铝合金、7075铝合金、40Cr合金钢以及TC4钛合金4种耐腐蚀合金的选材分析。运用ANSYS Workbench分析4种材料的行星架在高转速3 000 r/min下的变形、等效应力以及疲劳寿命;对更换行星架材料后的整个转子系统进行模态分析。分析结果表明:4种备选合金材料均能避开电机的激振频率,并达到行星架持续稳定运转的各项性能要求。其中,5083铝合金质量最轻,成本适中,是行星架材料的首选。 Planetary carrier is an important part of high-speed countercurrent chromatograph. It is crucial to choose the right material for the strength of planetary carrier and the stable operation of the whole planetary system. Considering the strength, stiffness and high-speed operating environment of planetary carrier, the material selection of four corrosion resistant alloys, including 5083 aluminum alloy, 7075 aluminum alloy,40 Cr alloy steel and TC4 titanium alloy, is analyzed. ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the deformation,equivalent stress and fatigue life of the planetary carrier of four materials at the high rotation speed of 3 000 r/min.Modal analysis of the whole rotor system after replacement of the planetary carrier material is carried out. The results show that the four alloy materials can all avoid the excitation frequency of the motor and meet the performance requirements of the continuous and stable operation of the planetary carrier. Among them, 5083 aluminium alloy is the first choice of planetary carrier materials because of its minimum quality and moderate cost.
