摘要
采用有限元分析的方法将某发动机后处理系统安装支架按照一阶六面体单元划分网格,以正弦位移激励来模拟瞬态冲击工况,计算出该安装支架的米塞斯应力状态,据此进行强化改进,并对改进后的支架重新进行有限元分析,如此反复,最终完成该支架的优化设计。
Based on finite element analysis method,the mounting bracket model for engine after-treatment system is meshed according to the first-order hexahedron element,and the transient impact condition is simulated by sinusoidal excitation,the Mises stress state of the mounting bracket is calculated.Then,the bracket is strengthened and improved according to the calculation results,and the improved bracket is re-analyzed by finite element analysis method,which is repeated until the optimal design of the bracket is completed.
