山区小流域水资源优化配置浅析--以缙云县昆坑小流域为例

Optimal Allocation of Water Resources in Small Watershed of Mountainous Areas

针对水资源开发利用不充分、不平衡、功能单一等问题,提出兴建控制性蓄水工程、实施域内联网工程,优化配置水资源的思路,使域内水安全保障体系得以完善,极大地改善水生态、水环境,促进生态宜居美丽乡村建设。

To solve the inadequate,unbalanced and single-functioned development and utilization of water resources,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the controlled water storage project,implementing the internal networking project and optimizing the allocation of water resources,so as to improve the water security system,significantly improve the water ecology and water environment,and promote the construction of ecological,livable and beautiful villages.
