地方高校在服务区域经济社会发展中具有重要作用,其招生规模的"量质"齐升,使得不少地方高校业已成为高等教育体系中的中坚力量。地方高校的高质量发展既离不开优质的人才培养队伍,也需要稳定优质的生源。基于PEST分析法,对当下地方高校的生源遴选和评价过程进行系统分析,凸显了选才作为前置性要素的重要作用,从引导地方高校树立正确的选才育才理念、制定完善的生源遴选技术路线、改善吸引优质生源的宣传方式等方面,为着力改革生源遴选方式提供理论与实践参考。

Local colleges and universities play important roles in serving the regional economic and social development.With the"quantity and quality"of their enrollment scale rising,many local colleges and universities have become the backbone of the higher education system.The high-quality development of local colleges and universities is inseparable from the high-quality personnel training team,but also needs to stabilize the source of high-quality students.Based on PEST analysis,this paper systematically analyzes the selection and evaluation process of students in local colleges and universities,highlights the important role of talent selection as a leading factor.It provides theoretical and practical reference for reforming local colleges and universities to establish correct concept of talent selection,formulate perfect technical route for student selection and improve publicity methods for attracting high-quality students.
