从困境到超越:高校家庭经济困难学生发展型需求研究 被引量:4

From Predicament to Transcendence:Research on the Development Needs of College Students with Family Economic Difficulties

摘要 充分了解和挖掘家庭经济困难学生真实的发展型需求是满足其对美好生活向往的前提和基础。文章基于全国16所高校45名家庭经济困难学生深度访谈,以NVivo12.0为研究工具,运用扎根理论方法,对家庭经济困难学生发展型需求进行质性分析,发现家庭经济困难学生有学业成就、社会融入和心灵归属等三大核心需求和12个子需求,在此基础上构建家庭经济困难学生发展型需求模型,提出家庭经济困难学生可通过投资和提高智力资本、积累和维护社会资本、开发和培育心理资本来满足和超越发展型需求,彻底摆脱贫困。 Fully understanding and mining the real development needs of students with difficulties is the premise and foundation for meeting their needs for a better life.Based on depth interview with 45 students with family economic difficulties from 16 universities in China,using NVivo 12.0 as a research tool and grounded theory method,the research makes a qualitative analysis of developmental needs of students with family economic difficulties.It is found that students from poor families have three core needs of academic achievement,social integration and spiritual belonging,and 12 sub-needs.On this basis,the research constructed the model of development needs of students with family economic difficulties.It is proposed that students with family economic difficulties should invest and improve their intellectual capital,accumulate and maintain social capital,develop and cultivate psychological capital to overcome difficulties and get rid of poverty.
