摘要
随着中国高职教育的国际化与现代化,多主体参与高职院校治理已经成为我国高职教育改革的要求与世界高职教育发展的必然趋势。如何定位多主体在高职院校治理过程中的角色与任务是有效提升高职院校治理的前提条件。文章运用文献研究法在阐述多主体参与高职院校治理的内涵的基础上,构建了政府、学校、企业参与高职院校治理的三角模式,在目前多主体参与高职院校治理存在参与态度普遍冷漠、参与组织尚不成熟、参与资格的严重匮乏、参与能力的普遍低下等多重困境的基础上,提出基于高职院校治理思想产生的政府战略导向路径、基于高职院校治理过程管理的高职院校服务导向路径、基于高职院校治理结果运用的企业反馈导向路径,以期推动高职院校多元治理模式不断发展与创新。
With the internationalization and modernization of China’s higher vocational education, multi-agent participation in the governance of higher vocational colleges has become the requirement of China’s higher vocational education reform and the inevitable trend of the development of Higher Vocational Education in the world. How to position the roles and tasks of multiple subjects in the governance process of higher vocational colleges is the prerequisite for effectively improving the governance of higher vocational colleges. On the basis of expounding the connotation and characteristics of multi-agent participation in the governance of higher vocational colleges, this paper constructs a triangular model of government, school and enterprise participating in the governance of Higher Vocational Colleges by using the method of literature research. Combined with the current multi-agent participation in the governance of higher vocational colleges, there are many dilemmas,such as the general indifference of participation attitude, the immature participation organization, the serious lack of participation qualification and the general low participation ability. In order to promote the continuous development and innovation of multiple governance mode in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward the government strategic guidance path based on the governance thought of higher vocational colleges, the service-oriented path based on the governance process management of higher vocational colleges, and the enterprise feedback guidance path based on the application of the governance results of higher vocational colleges.
