系统思维视域下高校心理育人的实践反思与优化路径 被引量:20

摘要 心理育人是一个由多元素相互联结而构成整体的系统。当前,心理育人系统存在核心理念分错、价值目标分离、构成要素分散、评价机制分化等问题,导致心理育人功能不良。运用系统思维快速抓住心理育人问题本质,坚持整体性原则、结构性原则、动态性原则和反馈性原则,明晰心理育人核心元素、优化心理育人结构、提升心理育人质量、创新心理育人评价机制,有效地发挥心理育人功能,全面提升心理育人效果,实现立德树人根本目标。 Psychological education is a system composed of multiple interconnectedelements.The current psychological education system has some problems such as the wrong division of core concepts,the separation of value goals,the dispersion of constituent elements,and the differentiation of evaluation mechanisms,which lead to the poor psychological education functions.We should use systematic thinking to quickly grasp the essence of psychological education problems,adhere to the principle of integrity,structure,dynamics and feedback,clarify the core elements of psychological education,optimize the structure of psychological education,improve the quality of psychological education,and innovate the evaluation mechanism of psychological education,so as to effectively play the function of psychological education,comprehensively improve the effect of psychological education,and realize the fundamental goal of moral education standard.
