摘要
在分析建筑空间管理需求的基础上,从系统架构、系统基础配置、系统功能三个维度开展基于BIM的空间管理系统分析和设计,并通过案例项目进行系统的初步开发及功能实现的演示。结果表明,基于BIM的建筑空间管理系统可实现空间信息的可视化展示与分析应用,有效提升运营阶段空间管理工作效率。研究可为构建基于BIM的空间管理系统及实现建筑运营阶段可视化、数字化、集成化空间管理提供思路。
Based on the analysis of the demand of building space management,this paper designs a BIM-based space management system from the perspectives of system architecture,basic configuration and system function.Preliminary development and display of the functional interface of the system are conducted through a case project to validate the feasibility of the design.Results show that the BIM-based building space management system can realize the visual display and analysis of spatial information,and effectively improve the efficiency of space management in the operation and maintenance phase of buildings.This paper can provide ideas for developing a robust BIM-based space management system and realizing the visualized,digitized,and integrated space management in the operation and maintenance phase.
