摘要
电石渣主要成份是Ca(OH)2,将电石渣与石灰按一定比例进行配比用于绿液苛化反应进行了试验探讨。结果表明,当电石渣与石灰配比50%,过量灰中活性CaO与绿液中Na2CO3摩尔比为1.20,反应时间90min条件下,绿液中Na2CO3的苛化度为85.0%。电石渣完全替代石灰,过量灰中活性CaO与绿液中Na2CO3摩尔比为1.3时,反应90min,苛化度84.9%;可达到电石渣循环利用,降低绿液苛化成本的目的。
The main component of calcium carbide slag is Ca(OH)2.The causticization reaction of green liquid was studied by using calcium carbide slag and lime according to a certain proportion.The results show that when the ratio of calcium carbide slag to lime is 50%,the molar ratio of active CaO in excess ash to Na2CO3 in green solution is 1.20,and the reaction time is 90min,the causticization degree of Na2CO3 in green solution is 85.0%.Calcium carbide slag completely replaces lime,the molar ratio of active CaO in excess ash to Na2CO3 in green liquid is 1.3,the reaction time is 90 minutes,and the causticization degree is 84.9%;the recycling of calcium carbide slag can be achieved and the causticization cost of green liquid can be reduced.
