制动缸性能试验台研究

摘要 根据国铁集团《铁路货车制动装置检修规则》(铁运[2008]15号)中的通知,需进行制动缸性能试验。本项目研制一种微机控制制动缸性能试验设备,用于完成各型制动缸性能试验,设备通过采用伺服电机加升降机结构自动调整制动缸的活塞行程,在一个检修工位自动完成所有制动缸在各行程的保压试验,且不会因为制动缸型号而调整定位结构。所有采集数据经控制计算机板卡将位移与压力信号转换数字信号,转换后的数字信息经控制程序计算得出被测制动缸性能的各项参数的数值,并与试验参数进行比较,从而判断被测制动缸性能是否满足工艺要求。 According to the notice of the National Railway Group in accordance with the rules for the Inspection and repair of Brake Devices of Railway Freight cars(Railway Freight[2008]No.15),the performance test of the brake cylinder needs to be carried out.This project develops a kind of microcomputer-controlled brake cylinder performance test equipment,which is used to complete the performance test of various types of brake cylinder.The equipment automatically adjusts the piston stroke of the brake cylinder by using servo motor and elevator structure.The pressure holding test of all brake cylinders in each stroke is completed automatically in one maintenance station,and the positioning structure is not adjusted because of the type of brake cylinder.All the collected data are converted into digital signals by the control computer board,and the converted digital information is calculated by the control program to calculate the parameters of the performance of the tested brake cylinder,and compared with the test parameters,so as to judge whether the performance of the tested brake cylinder meets the process requirements.
