摘要
高校教师绩效评价对于构建和谐的学术氛围、鼓励创新、激励教师学术潜能具有重要的意义。文章采用质性研究访谈法对10名地方高校教师进行半结构化访谈,深入剖析其在绩效评价主体、评价过程、评价内容方面存在的问题,从社会学视角,基于符号互动论构建绩效评价互动机制,增强教师客我与主我、教师与重要他人、教师与学校组织的互动,注重短期、中期和长期绩效评价的结合,增强教师的自主权力,促进教师专业发展,保证学校教学与科研目标的实现。
The performance evaluation of teachers in colleges and universities is of great significance for building a harmonious academic atmosphere,encouraging innovation and stimulating teachers’academic potential.In this study,the qualitative research interview method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 10 local university teachers to deeply analyze their problems in performance evaluation subjects,evaluation process and evaluation content.From the perspective of sociology,the interactive mechanism of performance evaluation is constructed based on the theory of symbolic interaction,so as to enhance the interaction between teachers and clients,teachers and important others,and teachers and school organizations.Paying attention to the combination of short-term,medium-term and long-term performance evaluation to enhance the autonomous power of teachers,it can promote the professional development of teachers and ensure the realization of teaching and scientific research objectives.
