摘要
加强课程建设、提高课程质量是我国当前深化研究生教育改革的重要任务。H大学的实证研究表明,当前我国研究生课程建设初显成效,但在课程内容、教学方式、教学过程以及考核主体等方面仍有不足。分析发现,课程建设本身的复杂性、教师课程建设能力的钳制、"重科研轻教学"评价体系的影响是阻碍研究生课程建设水平提升的主要原因。基于这些发现,梳理出研究生课程建设的若干优化路径,以期为研究生课程建设提供新的思路。
Emphasizing curriculum learning,strengthening curriculum construction and improving curriculum quality are important tasks for deepening of postgraduate education reform in China.The empirical research of H University shows that the current postgraduate curriculum construction in China has achieved certain results,but there are still some problems,such as the lack of foresight and pertinence of the curriculum content;the further optimization needs of teaching methods and contents;the separation of curriculum management rights and responsibilities,the lack of management and supervision of the teaching process;the single subject of curriculum evaluation,the solidification of assessment method.It is found that the complexity of curriculum construction itself,the constraint of teachers’curriculum construction ability,and the influence of university’s teacher evaluation system of"emphasizing scientific research but neglecting teaching"are the main reasons that hinder the improvementof postgraduate students’curriculum construction level.Based on these findings,some optimization paths are sorted out to provide new ideas for postgraduate curriculum construction.
