The cultural trend which characterizes as the transformation of society and the use of digital media makes people’s mental health problems more prominent.Firstly,clinical psychology greatly contributes to the diagnosis and screening of mental health problems by developing a series of mental health assessment tools.Secondly,it has pointed out the key direction for the diagnosis and treatment of mental health problems through the basic estimation of mental and behavioral problems;thirdly,it has clarified the thinking for the origin of mental health problems through the construction of the interpretation theory of mental health problems.Finally,it has effectively improved the physical and mental health of individuals or groups through the intervention of mental health problems.
