宫颈癌患者血清ALP、癌组织PIK3R1基因蛋白表达及临床意义 被引量:4

Expression and Clinical Significance of Serum ALP and PIK3R1 in Cancer Tissues of Cervical Cancer Patients

摘要 目的分析宫颈癌患者血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及癌组织磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶调节亚基1(PIK3R1)基因蛋白表达水平及临床意义。方法收集2016年1月—2019年10月在本院诊治的宫颈癌100例作为宫颈癌组,另选取同期因子宫肌瘤行全子宫切除且无其他内外科疾病患者30例作为对照组。检测两组血清ALP水平,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测肿瘤组织PIK3R1基因蛋白表达;比较两组血清ALP、肿瘤组织PIK3R1基因蛋白表达,分析不同病理特征的宫颈癌患者血清ALP、癌组织PIK3R1基因蛋白表达。结果宫颈癌组血清ALP显著高于对照组,瘤组织PIK3R1基因蛋白表达显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。年龄≥55岁的宫颈癌患者血清ALP显著高于<55岁患者,血清ALP随患者FIGO分期的增加及分化程度的降低而上升,合并转移的宫颈癌患者血清ALP显著高于未合并转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);而年龄≥55岁的宫颈癌患者癌组织PIK3R1基因蛋白表达显著低于<55岁患者,癌组织PIK3R1基因蛋白表达随FIGO分期的增加及分化程度的降低而下降,合并转移的宫颈癌患者癌组织PIK3R1基因蛋白表达显著低于未合并转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论宫颈癌患者血清ALP及癌组织PIK3R1基因蛋白表达与患者年龄、FIGO分期、肿瘤分化程度及转移情况存在关联。 Objective To analyze the expression levels and clinical significance of serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit 1(PIK3R1)in cancer tissues of patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 100 cervical cancer patients diagnosed and treated in the hospital between January 2016 and October 2019 were selected as the cervical cancer group.Meanwhile,30 patients undergoing total hysterectomy due to hysteromyoma were selected as the control group.Serum ALP levels in the two groups were detected,and immunohistochemical method was used to detect the protein expression of PIK3R1 gene in tumor tissues.The expression of serum ALP and protein expression of PIK3R1 gene in tumor tissues of the two groups and in patients with different pathological characteristics of cervical cancer were analyzed.Results Serum ALP level was significantly higher,while the protein expression of PIK3R1 gene in tumor tissues was significantly lower in the cervical cancer group than in the control group(P<0.01).In the cervical cancer group,serum ALP level was significantly higher in patients of 55 years old or older than in those under 55 years of age.Serum ALP increased with the increase of FIGO stage and the decrease of differentiation.Serum ALP level was significantly higher in patients with metastases than in those without metastases(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The protein expression of PIK3R1 gene in tumor tissues was significantly lower in patients of 55 years old or older than in those under 55 years of age.The protein expression of PIK3R1 gene in tumor tissues increased with the increase of FIGO stage and decrease of differentiation degree.The protein expression of PIK3R1 gene in tumor tissues was significantly lower in patients with metastases than in those without metastases(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of serum ALP and PIK3R1 gene protein in tumor tissues of patients with cervical cancer is associated with the patient's age,FIGO stage,tumor differentiation and metastasis.
