摘要
探究吲哚丁酸(IBA)、赤霉素(GA)和激动素(KT)3种生长调节剂不同施用浓度对太子参农艺性状、产量和品质的影响,筛选出适宜太子参生长的生长调节剂种类和施用浓度,为贵州省太子参高效栽培提供理论基础。本实验在太子参齐苗后喷施3种生长调节剂,测定太子参农艺性状、产量和品质指标。结果表明,GA和IBA能提高太子参叶片数,促进太子参地上部分生物量的积累。3种生长调节剂都能促进太子参植株的生长,同时有利于太子参根部的膨大和地下部分生物量的积累。3种生长调节剂均能增加太子参的产量,其中施用KT浓度为75 mg·L^-1时太子参的增产效果最好,产量为9267.18 kg·hm^-2。IBA和GA能提高太子参多糖含量,GA能提高太子参皂苷含量。当施用浓度为75 mg·L^-1的KT时,能提高太子参产量,改善太子参药用品质,增加太子参的经济收益。
The effects of different concentrations of indolebutyric acid(IBA),gibberellin acid(GA)and Kinetin(KT)growth regulators on yield,agronomic trait and quality of Pseudostellaria heterphylla were investigated,the growth regulators and application concentration suitable for the growth of Pseudostellaria heterphylla were selected,it provides theoretical basis for efficient cultivation of Pseudostellaria heterphylla in Guizhou province.The growth regulators were sprayed after the full seedling of Pseudostellaria heterphylla,Then the agronomic trait,yield and quality indexes of Pseudostellaria heterphylla were determined.The results showed that GA and IBA could increase the number of leaf and promote the accumulation of the aboveground biomass of Pseudostellaria heterphylla.Three kinds of growth regulators could promote the growth of plant and underground stem,at the same time,it is beneficial to the expansion of root and accumulation of underground biomass of Pseudostellaria heterphylla.All the growth regulators could increase the yield of Pseudostellaria heterphylla,The best yield is 618.22 kg·hm^-2 when KT concentration was 75 mg·L^-1.IBA and GA could increase the polysaccharide content of Pseudostellaria heterphylla,and GA could increase the saponin content of Pseudostellaria heterphylla.Applying KT with a concentration of 75 mg·L^-1 could improve the yield of Pseudostellaria heterphylla,and improve the medicinal quality of radix pseudostellariae and increase its economic benefits.
