两种不同品种人参HPLC指纹图谱研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用中药色谱指纹图谱技术对康美1号和福星1号不同人参品种的主要成分进行分析,建立人参化学成分指纹图谱。色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18(2)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相A为5 mM醋酸铵、1 mM氨水溶液,B为5 mM醋酸铵、1 mM氨水溶液-乙腈(1:9),梯度洗脱。体积流量1.0 mL/min;检测波长203 nm。实验结果显示两个品种人参化学组成较相近,两个品种内药材间平均相似度分别是0.916、0.938;康美1号与福星1号品种间相似度是0.875。中药色谱指纹图谱能够提供人参化学成分信息,可为人参的品种分类识别和质量控制提供参考依据。 The fingerprints of two different varieties of Panax ginseng were established by HPLC.The analyses were performed on Agilent TC-C18(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column using a mobile phase(A:5 mM ammonium acetate and 1 mM ammonia aqueous solution;B:5 mM ammonium acetate and 1 mM ammonia aqueous solution-acetonitrile,1:9)under gradient conditions.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1,and the detecting wavelength was set at 203 nm.The experimental results show that the chemical composition of ginseng is stable,the average similarity among variety are 0.916,0.938.The similarity between Kangmei No.1 and Fuxing No.1 is 0.875.High performance liquid chromatography fingerprint can provide information on the chemical composition of ginseng and provide reference for the classification and quality control of panax ginseng.
