摘要
互联网+数字信息技术为高等教育提供了高效的知识传播平台,但也为学习者从第三方网络资源库抄袭作业提供了便捷。为应对互联网+时代背景下大学生作业频繁抄袭的挑战,英国伯明翰大学做出了作业抄袭行为及其处罚规定,并基于全自动电子软件100%平时作业在线抄袭检测,有效降低了学生在课程作业中抄袭的行为,培养了学生的良好学术习惯。我国可借鉴英国伯明翰大学的成功经验,健全与世界一流大学建设目标相适应的课程作业学术规范。
The Internet+digital information technology provides a highly efficient knowledge dissemination and learning platform for higher education,but it also provides a convenient way for learners to use these technological channels to plagiarize assignments from third-party online repositories.In order to cope with the challenge of frequent plagiarism in course assignments by university students in the Internet+era,the University of Birmingham,UK,has clarified the plagiarism behavior of assignments and its penalties,and based on fully automatic electronic software 100%of daily assignments online plagiarism detection,teachers and students work together to create a non-plagiarism learning environment and other measures,which effectively reduce students plagiarism behavior in course assignments and cultivate students good academic habits of correct citation.China can learn from the successful experience of the University of Birmingham to improve the academic standards of coursework in line with the goal of building a world-class university.
