合作博弈论视角下的高校研究生导学关系探究 被引量:5

摘要 高校研究生导学关系是教育过程中导师与研究生形成的多维关系体系。我国师生关系经历了漫长的历史演变,受诸多因素影响,当前导学关系面临着教育信息化带来的挑战,存在导师规训权力的监管不足、招生话语权缺失,学生学习义务忽视等问题。根据合作博弈论,要实现双方共赢,首先需以合作为前提,形成包含双方利益的福利函数,做好利益分配。而要实现函数的最大化,关键在于有效的信息沟通,完善导师的内部机制,回归教育本位,构建“你—我”民主对话型的师生关系,从而促进师生关系和谐发展,进一步提高研究生培养质量。 The relationship between tutors and postgraduates is a multi-dimensional relationship system formed in the process of education.With the development of education modernization,the supervisor's education work has begun to face many challenges.In response to these problems,it is necessary to form a harmonious teacher-student relationship in the new era.Supervisor should first establish a concept of virtue education,not only need to strengthen the moral education of graduate students,but also need to constantly improve their moral literacy,mutual influence and common progress between tutors and students,and further improve the recruitment of supervisors and students.The system and the evaluation system of moral education work form a harmonious development of the teacher's life and movement community,and ultimately promote the cultivation of graduate students with the fundamental task of the virtue education.
