益气活血法联合茴拉西坦胶囊治疗中风后认知功能障碍及对血清NSE、hs-CRP水平的影响

Analysis of the Effects of Yiqi Huoxue Method Combined with Aniracetam Capsule in the Treatment of Cognitive Impairment After Stroke and the Changes of Serum NSE and Hs-CRP Levels

目的分析益气活血法+茴拉西坦胶囊治疗中风后认知功能障碍对血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuronspecific enolase,NSE)、超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平影响。方法纳入病例是本院2017年1月—2018年12月收治的80例中风后1~4周门诊患者,随机平均分为2组,所有患者均进行常规西医治疗,观察组于发病后第1~4周予以益气活血法+茴拉西坦胶囊治疗,对比两组血清NSE、hs-CRP水平、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)评分、简易智力状态检查(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗第15天血清NSE、hs-CRP水平均显著比参照组低,P<0.05。试验组中风后6个月MoCA评分、MMSE评分均显著比参照组高,P<0.05。试验组临床总有效率(95.00%)显著比参照组(72.50%)高,P<0.05。试验组不良反应发生率(10.00%)与参照组(7.50%)比较,P>0.05。结论益气活血法+茴拉西坦胶囊可有效减轻中风后认知功能障碍患者临床症状及精神状态,抑制炎症因子释放,且联合用药并未增加不良反应,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effects of Yiqi Huoxue method combind with aniracetam capsules on serum neuronspecific enolase(NSE)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels of cognitive dysfunction after stroke. Methods The included cases were 80 outpatients 1-4 weeks after a stroke treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018. They were randomly divided into 2 groups,and all patients were treated with conventional Western medicine. In the first 4 weeks after onset,Yiqi Huoxue method + aniracetam capsules were used in the observation group to compare Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)score,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,serum NSE,hs-CRP levels,the clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The serum NSE and hs-CRP levels in the experimental group on the 15 th day of treatment were significantly lower than those in the reference group,P<0.05. The MoCA score and MMSE score of the experimental group at the 6 th month after stroke were significantly higher than those of the reference group,P<0.05. The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(72.50%),P<0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group(10.00%)was compared with the reference group(7.50%),P>0.05. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue method combind with aniracetam capsules can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and mental state of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke,inhibit the release of inflammatory factors,and the combined use has not increased adverse reactions,which is worthy of reference.
