毒药全蝎是我国传统药材,用药历史悠久、药用价值高、资源分布广,具有熄风镇痉、通络止痛、攻毒散结的功效,其化学成分复杂,药理研究广泛,临床前景良好。随着科研手段的提升,全蝎的提取工艺更加多样化,作用机制获得更深层次研究。该文通过查阅近年来发表的相关文章,对涉及全蝎的相关研究进行整理及归纳,以期为全蝎成分制剂的新药临床研制提供理论参考。

Scorpion poison is a traditional medicine in China,with a long history of use,high medicinal value,wide distribution of resources,has the effects of relieving wind and preventing spasmolysis,dredging collaterals and relieving pain,anti-toxin dispersal,its chemical composition is complex,pharmacological research is extensive,clinical prospects are good. With the improvement of scientific research methods,the extraction process of scorpion is more diversified and the mechanism of action is further studied. In order to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical development of new drugs for the preparation of scorpion. This paper summarizes the related researches on scorpion by referring to the relevant articles published in recent years.
