废旧光伏电池板中银和铝的高压静电分选 被引量:2

High Voltage Electrostatic Separation of Argentum and Aluminum from Waste Photovoltaic Panels

摘要 为了提高废旧光伏电池板中银(Ag)与铝(Al)的分选效率,得到高压静电分选的最优回收率参数,作者利用线辊式高压静电分选机,对废旧光伏电池板中的Ag和Al进行单因素实验和正交实验,研究了4个主要因素电晕电压(U)、转辊转速(n)、电晕电极角度(θ)和电晕电极间距(S)对Ag和Al回收效率的影响,确定了最优回收率的参数设置。结果表明:U=30 kV,n=80 r/min,θ=-5°,S=60 mm时,Ag的最佳回收率为98.76%,纯度为97.69%,Al的最佳回收率为99.79%,纯度为95.68%;单因素对Ag的分选效率影响的主次顺序为电晕电极角度、电晕电压、电晕电极间距、转辊转速;单因素对Al的分选效率影响的主次顺序为电晕电极角度、电晕电极间距、电晕电压、转辊转速。该研究为优化静电分选机的参数设置提供了依据。 In order to improve the separation efficiency of argentum(Ag)and aluminum(Al)in waste photovoltaic panels,the optimal recovery parameters of high voltage electrostatic separation were obtained,single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were carried out on Ag and Al in waste photovoltaic panels by wire roller high-voltage electrostatic separator.Influence of four major parameters including corona voltage(U),roller speed(n),angle of corona electrode(θ)and corona electrode spacing(S)on Ag and Al recovery efficiency was analyzed,to determine the optimum recovery parameters settings.The results showed that under the conditions of U=30 kV,n=80 r/min,θ=-5°,S=60 mm,the best recovery rate of Ag was98.76%,the purity was 97.69%,the best recovery rate of Al was 99.79%,the purity was 95.68%.The order of single factor affecting the separation efficiency of Ag is angle of corona electrode,corona voltage,corona electrode spacing,roller speed;the order of single factor affecting the separation efficiency of Al is angle of corona electrode,corona electrode spacing,corona voltage,roller speed.It provides a basis for optimizing the parameters settings of electrostatic separator.
