摘要
文章阐述了高质量“双师型”教师队伍是高等职业教育改革发展的关键力量,认为“双师型”教师队伍建设的问题根本在于不科学的教师评价,提出从立德树人价值导向、实践能力导向、双素质导向和教育督导方面,扭转不科学的评价导向,建设高质量“双师型”教师队伍。
this paper elaborates that the high-quality“double-qualification”teachers are the key force in the reform and development of higher vocational education,and it deems that the problem of the construction of“double-qualification”teachers lies in the unscientific evaluation of teachers.It puts forward that the unscientific evaluation orientation should be reversed from the value orientation,practical ability orientation,double-qualification orientation and education supervision to build a high-quality“double-qualification”teaching staff.
