History and Evolution of Occupational Education of India alongside“One Belt,One Road”

印度是世界上经济发展速度最快的国家之一,经济快速增长同时,印度也面临着技能人才的短缺,尤其是高素质技术技能人才。为服务国际产能合作,培养在印中资企业与当地产业急需人才,服务走出去企业。2017年12月,天津轻工职业技术学院、天津机电职业技术学院联合印度金奈理工学院共同组建了印度鲁班工坊,并正式揭牌运行,为保证印度鲁班工坊的可持续运行,对印度职业教育的历史与形成进行了系统梳理与分析。

India is one of the fastest economic development countries in the world.With the rapid economic growth,India is also facing a shortage of skilled talents,especially high-quality technical talents.In order to serve international production capacity,cultivate talents urgently as required by Chinese enterprises in India and local industries,and serve enterprises those expand to other countries.In December 2017,Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College and Tianjin Engineering Vocational Technical College with India Chennai Institute of Technology jointly established Luban workshop in India,which was officially launched for operation.In order to ensure the sustainable operation of Luban workshop in India,this paper systematically analyzes the history and formation of vocational education in India.
