摘要
学科核心素养是落实立德树人根本任务与学科课程标准的核心环节。基于学生发展核心素养的概念,简析了体育与健康学科核心素养之构成的运动能力、健康行为和体育品德3个方面的内涵及表现形式,并从体育课程的运动负荷、体能练习和结构化运动技术学习3个要点提出了实施中国健康体育课程模式的要求。
Disciplinary core literacy is the core link to implement the fundamental tasks of strengthening moral education and cultivating people and the subject curriculum standards. Based on the concept of the core literacy of students’ development,this paper briefly analyzes the connotations and expressions of the core elements of physical education and health,namely,sports ability,healthy behavior and sports morality,and puts forward the requirements for the implementation of China’s health sports curriculum model from the perspective of exercise load,physical exercises and structured sports techniques of the physical education curriculum.
