中医“紫癜劳”病因病机及辨证论治框架的构建

Constructing the Frame of Etiology,Pathogenesis and Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentiation of Consumptive Purpura in Tradition Chinese Medicine

中医古籍文献中无“紫癜性肾炎”的记载,据其特点,多将其归属于中医学“紫斑”、“葡萄疫”、“尿血”、“尿浊”、“虚劳”等病范畴。本文力图根据现代医学紫癜性肾炎的主要症状血尿、蛋白尿为核心改变,初步构建中医“紫癜劳”的命名,病因病机及辨证论治的框架。

There is no related records of purpura nephritis in ancient Chinese medical literature,which is mostly classified as“Purple spot”,“Muscle bleeding”,“grapes infected”,“hematuria”,“urine turbid”,according to its clinical symptoms.This thesis tries to construct the frame of naming,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment based on syndrome differential of consumptive purpura in tradition Chinese medicine,which based on the main symptoms and the key changes with hematuria and proteinuria in purpura nephritis.
