化痰健脾汤联合化疗治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效及毒副反应观察

Observation on Curative Effect and Toxic Side Effects of Using Huatan Jianpi Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy in Treating Malignant Pleural Effusion

目的:观察化痰健脾汤联合化疗治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效及毒副反应。方法:选取2016年12月〜2019年12月本院收治的肺癌恶性胸腔积液患者100例,按照随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规化疗,观察组在对照组常规化疗的基础上,再联合使用化痰健脾汤治疗。结果:观察组瘤体疗效总有效率(60.00%)显著高于对照组(48.00%)(P<O.05)。观察组胸水疗效总有效率(90.00%)显著高于对照组(82.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组患者的胃肠道反应、胸痛发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者骨髓抑制、神经毒性、肾毒性、皮疹的发生率与对照组相比没有显著差异(P>0.05)观察组生活质量改善率(52.00%)显著高于对照组(40.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:化痰止咳健脾汤联合化疗能够显著提高患者的瘤体疗效、胸水疗效,疗效确切并且毒副反应小,有利于提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and side effects of using Huatan Jianpi Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer.Methods:100 patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and controlled group according to the random number method,with 50 patients in each group.The controlled group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with combined therapy of Huatan Jianpi Decoction on the basis of conventional chemotherapy in the controlled group.The efficacy of tumor,hydrothorax,side effects and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of tumor efficacy in the observation group(60.00%)was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(48.00%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of thoracic effusion in the observation group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(82.00%)(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and chest pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the controlled group in the incidence of bone marrow suppression,neurotoxicity,nephrotoxicity and rash(P>0.05).The improvement rate of life quality in the observation group(52.00%)was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(40.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huatan Jianpi Decoction combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the efficacy of tumor and thorax for patients with definite efficacy and little toxic and side effects,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
