疏肝健脾汤联合艾盐包神阙热熨疗法在改善乳腺癌化疗后不良反应的应用

Application of Shugan Jianpi Decoction Combined with Mugwort Salt Bag Shenque Hot Ironing Therapy in Improving Adverse Reactions for Breast Cancer after Cchemotherapy

目的:观察疏肝健脾汤联合艾盐包神阙穴热熨疗法在改善乳腺癌患者化疗后不良反应的临床疗效。方法:将乳腺癌化疗的女性患者120例,分为疏肝热熨组及对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规抗肿瘤药物治疗;疏肝热熨组在对照组的基础上,在化疗同时服用自拟疏肝健脾汤联合艾盐包神阙穴热熨疗法,观察2组患者的胃肠道反应情况、化疗第3天、第8天、2周后的白细胞变化情况。结果:疏肝热熨组胃肠道反应发生率为21.67%,低于对照组60.00%;疏肝热熨组化疗第3天的白细胞计数为3.67±0.28×10^(9)/L,化疗第8天为5.43±0.58×10^(9)/L,化疗后2周为4.68±0.57×10^(9)/L,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝健脾汤联合艾盐包神阙穴热熨疗法可以有效改善乳腺癌化疗后患者的胃肠道症状,提高机体白细胞含量,增强抵御病邪能力,降低化疗后不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Decoction combined with Mugwort Salt Bag Shenque Hot Ironing Therapy in improving the adverse reactions for breast cancer patients after chemotherapy.Methods: 120 female patients with breast cancer treated by chemotherapy were divided into two groups: Shugan hot ironing group and controlled group.The controlled group was treated with conventional anti-tumor drugs;the Shugan hot ironing group was treated with Self-made Shugan Jianpi Decoction combined with Mugwort Salt Bag Shenque Hot Ironing Therapy at the same time of chemotherapy on the basis of the controlled group to observe the gastrointestinal reaction of the two groups, the changes of leukocytes on the 3rd,8th and 2nd week after chemotherapy.Results: The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction was 21.67% in Shugan hot ironing group, which was lower than 60.00% in the controlled group.The leukocyte count of Shugan hot ironing group was 3.67±0.28×10^(9)/L on the third day of chemotherapy, 5.43±0.58×10^(9)/L on the eighth day of chemotherapy, and 4.68±0.57×10^(9)/L two weeks after chemotherapy, which were higher than that of the controlled group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Shugan Jianpi Decoction combined with Mugwort Salt Bag Shenque Hot Ironing Therapy can effectively improve the gastrointestinal symptoms of patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy, improve the body white blood cell content, enhance the ability to resist disease and evil, reduce the adverse reactions after chemotherapy, which is worth popularizing.
