为规范企业生产安全事故应急预案管理,迅速有效处置生产安全事故,应急管理部2019年修改并实施了《生产安全事故应急预案管理办法》。结合该办法要求与多年工作经验,就城镇燃气公司应急预案编制的实用性,提出了系统性的解决办法。

To standardize the management of emergency plans for production safety accidents in enterprises and deal with production safety accidents quickly and effectively, the Emergency Management Ministry revised and implemented the Measures for the Management of Emergency Plans for Production Safety Accidents in 2019. Combined with the requirements of this method and many years of working experience, the author puts forward systematic opinions and solutions on the practicability of emergency plan compilation of urban gas companies.
