摘要 梅钢4#高炉有效容积3 200 m^3,采用外燃式热风炉结构。2019年热风炉燃耗72.2 kgce/t,燃耗偏高。主要原因是热风炉漏风、燃烧参数设置不合理、高炉煤气压力波动大、空气换热器劣化严重。为此逐步实施了各项整改措施。实施后,2020年4#高炉热风炉累计燃耗降低4.8%,节能效果显著。 The effective volume of the No.4 blast furnace of Meishan Steel is 3 200 m^3,and the structure of external combustion hot stove is adopted. In 2019, the fuel consumption of the hot stove was 72.2 kgce/t, which was on the high side. The main reasons were air leakage of hot stove, unreasonable setting of combustion parameters, big fluctuation of blast furnace gas pressure and serious deterioration of air heat exchanger. All measures to treat these problems have been implemented step by step. After the implementation, the cumulative fuel consumption of hot stove of the No.4 blast furnace was reduced by 4.8% in2020, and the effect of energy saving was remarkable.
