摘要
氧氮液化装置配备的增压透平膨胀机一年内两次带负荷突发停机,均发生了叶轮损坏事故。根据现场叶轮损坏状况、报警参数等故障现象,深入剖析事故原因。采取了后续防范措施,改造了控制系统、修复了叶轮、处理了冷却器漏水、优化了工艺流程和操作方法。
The turbo expander equipped with oxygen nitrogen liquefaction unit was shut down suddenly twice with load in a year, and the impeller was damaged. According to the situation of impeller damage, alarm parameters and other fault phenomena, the causes of the accident were analyzed. The follow-up preventive measures were taken, such as modifying the control system, repairing the impeller, dealing with the water leakage of the cooler,and optimizing the process flow and operation method.
