高炉护炉期间减少风口小套烧损分析

摘要 分析和总结了柳钢4号高炉护炉期间风口小套频繁破损情况,简述了钒钛矿护炉对炉缸造成的影响,确定了风口小套损坏的主要原因。采取提高炉温稳定率,增大入炉风量,适时调整钒钛球配比,优化装料制度等有效措施后,风口烧损情况得以改善。 This paper summarizes and analyzes the frequent damage of tuyere sleeve in the No.4 BF of Liuzhou Steel during furnace lining protection operation, briefly describes the effect of vanadium titanium ore protection on hearth, and determines the main causes of tuyere sleeve damage. After taking effective measures such as increasing furnace temperature stability rate, increasing air flow into furnace, timely adjusting vanadium titanium ball ratio and optimizing charging system, tuyere burning loss has been improved.
