重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光对玫瑰痤疮患者面部皮损及瘢痕修复的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光对玫瑰痤疮患者面部皮损及瘢痕修复的影响。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年8月于笔者医院就诊的52例玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=26)和对照组(n=26)。对照组:予以Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗及莫匹罗星软膏涂抹;观察组:在对照组治疗的基础上予以重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶外用。激光治疗后,两组均连续外用药物2周。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后各类皮损计数、皮损及瘢痕评价情况,治疗期间不良反应及治疗后3个月复发情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(88.46%vs 61.54%,P<0.05);两组皮疹、粉刺、脓疱、红斑计数均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组;两组皮损积分、痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)均较较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未出现严重不良反应,且治疗后随访3个月,两组复发率比较无统计学差异(6.25%vs 20.00%,P>0.05)。结论:重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗玫瑰痤疮能够有效改善患者皮肤微循环,恢复患者皮肤屏障正常功能,改善面部皮损及毛细血管扩张等症状,促进皮损及瘢痕的修复,且不会增加药物不良反应,患者短期内复发率较低,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser on facial skin lesions and scar repair in patients with rose acne.Methods 52 patients with rose acne who visited our hospital between August 2018 and August 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into the observation group(n=26)and the control group(n=26)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and mupirocin ointment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel for external use.After laser surgery,both groups were treated with topical drugs for 2w continuously.The clinical efficacy after treatment,the counts of various skin lesion,the evaluation of lesions and scars before and after treatment,adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(88.46%vs 61.54%,P<0.05).After treatment,the counts of rash,acne,pus and erythema in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group wrer lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of skin lesions and ECCA of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment,and there was no statistical difference in recurrence rate between the two groups after 3 months of follow-up(6.25%vs 20.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser for the treatment of rose acne can effectively improve the skin microcirculation of patients,restore the normal function of the skin barrier of patients,improve the symptoms of facial skin lesions and telangiectasia,and promote the repair of skin lesions and scars,without increasing adverse drug reactions and low recurrence rate of patients in a short period,which is worthy of clinical application.
