正常[牙合]成人面下1/3软硬组织测量指标的典型相关分析研究

Hard and Soft Tissue Correlation in the Lower Anterior Face in Normal Occlusion:A Canonical Correlation Study

目的:通过对成人正常[牙合]人群面下1/3软硬组织两组测量指标进行典型相关分析,以期为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。方法:选取120名正常[牙合]成人为研究对象,在X线头颅侧位定位片上分别测量面下1/3软硬组织指标16项,采用SPSS 20.0对面下1/3软硬组织这两组测量指标进行典型相关分析。结果:正常[牙合]成人面下1/3软组织变量组的典型变量与Li-E线距呈中度正相关,与上下唇厚度、颏沟倾角呈低度负相关;硬组织变量组的典型变量与U1-SN角、U1-NA角呈高度正相关,与SN-MP角、L1-NB角呈低度正相关。结论:正常[牙合]成人上下切牙倾斜度、垂直骨面型与上下唇厚度、下唇突度和颏唇形态有关,其中上前牙位置对下唇突度影响较大。

Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between facial hard and soft tissues in the lower anterior face in normal individuals by studying the canonical correlation between specific hard tissue landmarks and their corresponding soft tissue landmarks.Methods A retrospective study was designed,with a sample size of 120 adults who had a class I skeletal and dental relationship and normal occlusion.Lateral cephalometric radiographs of the study sample were investigated using a series of 16 linear and angular measurements of hard and soft tissue features.The measurements were done and analyzed using canonical correlation by SPSS 20.0 software.Results It was found that the canonical variate for soft tissue variables had a moderate positive loading with Li-E,and low negative loadings with the thickness of lower lip,the thickness of upper lip,and Pg’Si-FH.The canonical variate for hard tissue variables had heavy positive loadings with U1 to SN and U1 to NA,and low negative loadings with SN to MP and L1 to NB.Conclusion The inclination of the upper and lower incisors and vertical growth pattern were associated with the thickness and position of upper and lower lips and the morphology of mentolabial sulcus.Basides,the position of upper incisior had a greater influence on the position of lower lip.
