外泌体在皮肤衰老中的作用及转化应用进展

摘要 细胞外囊泡(Extracellular vesicles,EVs)是由细胞分泌的双层膜结构囊泡,外泌体是EVs的一个亚群,内含RNA、DNA及多种蛋白,近年来发现与皮肤衰老相关。干细胞外泌体能够减少皮肤细胞所受的辐射损害,维护皮肤屏障,且极有可能帮助恢复皮肤干细胞活力,而衰老细胞外泌体则损坏皮肤屏障结构,传递衰老信号诱导周围细胞衰老。目前干细胞外泌体转化应用的研究已取得了一定进展,但实际临床应用仍阻碍重重。 Extracellular vesicles(EVs)are bilayer membrane vesicles secreted by cells.Exosomes are a subgroup of EVs containing RNA,DNA and a variety of proteins.Stem cell exosomes can reduce the radiation damage to skin cells,maintain the skin barrier,and most likely help restore the vitality of skin stem cells,while senescent exosomes can damage the skin barrier structure and transmit senescence signals to induce the senescence of surrounding cells.At present,the research on the application of stem cell exosome transformation has made some progress,but the practical clinical application still faces many obstacles.
