榄香烯口服乳联合SOX方案对晚期胃癌患者外周血TAP水平的影响

Effect of elemene oral emulsion combined with SOX regimen on the level of TAP in peripheral blood in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的:了解榄香烯口服乳联合SOX方案对晚期胃癌患者外周血中肿瘤异常蛋白(TAP)表达情况的影响,并探讨其临床意义。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年12月住院治疗的76例晚期胃癌患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各38例。对照组予以SOX方案化疗,观察组在该基础上加用榄香烯口服乳治疗。治疗2个周期后,比较2组外周血TAP水平的变化及不良反应发生率。结果:2组治疗后外周血TAP水平均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组较对照组外周血TAP水平下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在客观缓解率和疾病控制率方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组白细胞减少、血小板减少、贫血、恶心呕吐、肝功能异常、神经毒性等不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:榄香烯口服乳联合SOX方案对晚期胃癌患者可改善肿瘤因子水平、提高化疗有效率,且安全性好,不增加不良反应的发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of elemene oral emulsion combined with SOX regimen on the expression of tumor abnormal protein(TAP)in peripheral blood of patients with advanced gastric cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:Seventy-six patients with advanced gastric cancer who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group were treated with SOX chemotherapy.On this basis,observation group was treated with elemene oral emulsion.After two cycles of treatment,the changes of TAP level in peripheral blood and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group were compared.Results:The level of TAP in peripheral blood of the two groups decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of TAP in peripheral blood of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The objective response rate and disease control rate in the control group were better than those of the observation group,and the difference reached statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,anemia,nausea and vomiting,liver dysfunction,neurotoxicity and other adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Elemene oral emulsion combined with SOX can ameliorate the level of tumor factors,improve the efficiency of chemotherapy,and is safe without increasing adverse reactions.
