胃得安胶囊联合四联疗法对胃溃疡伴Hp感染患者疗效及血清学指标的影响

Effect of Weidean combined with quadruple therapy on curative effect and serological index of patients with gastric ulcer and helicobacter pylori infection

目的:探讨胃得安胶囊联合四联疗法对胃溃疡伴Hp感染患者疗效及血清学指标的影响。方法:纳入2019年4月-2020年3月收治的300例胃溃疡伴Hp感染患者,随机分为对照组与观察组(每组各150例)。对照组采用四联疗法,观察组采用胃得安胶囊联合四联疗法,比较2组临床疗效、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、胃泌素17(G-17)水平以及胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ/Ⅱ(PGⅠ/Ⅱ)比值,Hp根除率和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床总有效率为94.0%,对照组为86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGⅠ/Ⅱ及G-17对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者治疗后PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGⅠ/Ⅱ及G-17均明显下降,且观察组下降更显著(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率为93.3%,对照组为86.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.0%,对照组为7.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在四联疗法基础上应用胃得安胶囊可明显提高Hp根除率,改善患者临床症状,促进溃疡愈合且安全性高。作用机制可能与降低血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGⅠ/Ⅱ及G-17水平有关。

Objective:To explore the effect of Weidean combined with quadruple therapy on the curative effect and serological indexes of patients with gastric ulcer and Hp infection.Methods:Three hundred cases of gastric ulcer patients with Hp infection admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with combination of metoclopramide and quadruple therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,including pepsinogen I(PGⅠ),pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ),gastrin 17(G-17)Level and pepsinogenⅠ/Ⅱ(PGⅠ/Ⅱ)ratio,Hp eradication rate and adverse reactions rate.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 94.0%in the observation group and 86.7%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGⅠ/Ⅱand G-17 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGⅠ/Ⅱand G-17 were significantly decreased in the two groups,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was 93.3%,the control group was 86.0%,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.0%,the control group was 7.3%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of quadruple therapy,metoclopramide can significantly improve the eradication rate of Hp,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote ulcer healing and high safety,and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of serum PGⅠ,PGⅡ,PGⅠ/Ⅱand G-17 levels.
