摘要
文章对某轻型地铁列车客室地板型材的稳态传热特性进行了数值研究,在验证了数值计算模型和算法准确性的基础上,通过多因素分析研究了翅片厚度、翅片个数和翅片倾斜角度对型材导热系数的影响,并拟合得到型材导热系数与相关研究变量之间的数学关系。同时对计算公式的应用进行了分析,得到不同长度地板型材导热系数的计算公式。
In this paper,the steady-state heat transfer characteristics of floor profile for a light subway train passenger room are studied numerically.Based on the verification of the numerical calculation model and the accuracy of the algorithm,the influence of fin thickness,fin number and fin tilt angle on the thermal conductivity of the profile is studied by multi-factor analysis,and the mathematical relationship between the thermal conductivity of the profile and the related research variables is obtained by fitting.At the same time,the application of the calculation formula is analyzed,and the calculation formula of thermal conductivity of floor profile with different length is obtained.
