摘要
病例女,49岁,以"突发头痛伴肢体抽搐4小时"入院,既往左心房粘液瘤术后2年,现无心脏不适感。查体:头颅无畸形,双眼睑无水肿,结膜无充血,巩膜无黄染,角膜反射正常,双瞳孔等大正圆,对光反应灵敏。颈软,无抵抗,Kerning征、Brudzinski征均阴性。四肢肌力均为Ⅴ级,肌张力正常无增高,病理反射阴性。心前区无隆起,心尖部搏动位置正常.
