Study on Blending Optimization of Pulverized Coal Injection into Blast Furnace of Ansteel

摘要 为了优化鞍钢高炉喷吹燃料结构,进行了烟煤和无烟煤的配煤实验。通过研究各实验方案中混煤的基础性能和工艺性能,得出烟煤和无烟煤都不宜单独喷吹;无烟煤的配加能够有效提高混煤的发热值,烟煤中挥发分的析出会促进无烟煤中固定碳燃烧,提高烟煤添加比例可以有效降低混煤着火点,并提高混煤燃烧性能。兼顾发热值和燃烧性能,选择最优化搭配60%金帛湾烟煤+40%阳泉无烟煤和53%金帛湾烟煤+47%张台子无烟煤两种方案进行高炉喷吹,其中前者进行高炉喷吹时的效果要优于后者。 In order to optimize the compositions of fuels injected into a blast furnace(BF) in Ansteel, the experiments for blending bituminous coal and anthracite coal were carried out. By studying the basic properties and technological properties, it was concluded that bituminous coal and anthracite coal were unsuited to be injected into a BF alone. The addition of anthracite coal into blended coal could effectively improve the calorific value of blended coal while the precipitation of volatile matter in bituminous coal could promote the combustion of fixed carbon in anthracite coal. So increasing the addition ratio of bituminous coal into blended coal could effectively reduce the ignition point of blended coal and improve the combustion property of blended coal. Taking into account of the calorific value and combustion performance, the operation of blended coal injection into a BF was carried out by two methods which were that one was the optimal blending scheme with 60% Jinbowan bituminous coal plus 40% Yangquan anthracite coal and another was that 58% Jinbowan bituminous coal plus 42% Zhangtaizi anthracite coal. Experimental results demonstrated that the effect of the injection operation of blended coal into the BF by the former blending method was better than the latter.
