输电铁塔用耐候钢耐腐蚀性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 对实验室冶炼的1#~4#输电铁塔用耐候钢分别进行周期浸润腐蚀试验、中性盐雾试验及电化学腐蚀试验,选用Q345B作为对比试样,对其在模拟海洋大气环境、工业大气环境下的耐腐蚀性能进行评估。研究表明,4种输电铁塔用钢耐腐蚀性能均优于Q345B,尤以模拟工业大气环境效果突出。当Cr含量小于1.0%时,对耐腐蚀性能的影响不显著;3#试验钢在3种测试方式中耐腐蚀性能优异。 The No.1 to No.4 weathering steels for transmission tower smelted and produced in the laboratory were tested in terms of the periodic immersion corrosion test, neutral salt spray test and electrochemical corrosion test. The Q345 B was selected as a comparative sample and was placed under the simulated marine atmospheric environment and industrial atmospheric environment for carrying out the evaluation of its corrosion resistance. The evaluated results demonstrated that the corrosion resistances of the four kinds of steels for transmission tower were better than Q345 B,especially they were better in simulation of the industrial atmospheric environment. When the content of Cr was less than 1.0%, the effect on its corrosion resistance was not so significant. The No.3 test steel had excellent corrosion resistance tested by three test methods.
