鞍钢朝阳钢铁高炉使用修复风口实践

摘要 鞍钢集团朝阳钢铁有限公司为了降低生产成本,提出在高炉进行使用修复风口生产。通过理论分析风口破损原因,并进行使用修复风口生产实践,得出高炉使用修复风口能够满足生产需要。同时,确定了修复风口的使用周期、数量和位置。实践表明,使用修复风口后,高炉稳定、顺行,累计节约成本322.92万元。 In order to reduce the production cost, reusing repaired tuyeres to blast furnace(BF) was proposed by Chaoyang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. of Ansteel Group Co., Ltd.. By theoretically analyzing the causes of tuyere-damaging and carrying out the production practice by using repaired tuyeres, it was concluded that reusing repaired tuyeres to BF could meet the requirements asked by production. Meanwhile, the using period, quantities and locations in terms of the tuyeres were determinated. The practice demonstrated that the operation of BF was smooth and stable while the cumulative cost saving was 3.229 2 million yuan RMB when starting repaired tuyeres.
